Item(s) designed to secure or authenticate telecommunications. COMSEC material includes, but is not limited to key, equipment, modules, devices, documents, hardware, firmware, or software that embodies or describes cryptographic logic and other items that perform COMSEC functions. This includes Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) equipment, Cryptographic High Value Products (CHVP) and other Suite B equipme nt, etc.
