Technical Guidelines Development Committee (tgdc)

A committee of election officials, computer scientists, and other experts that assists the EAC in developing the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG). The chairperson of the TGDC is the director of the National Institute of Standards and T echnology (NIST).
