Primary definition

In Vermont, an election worker who has a specialized role in a RECOUNT. "The tally person and the or persons each shall make a suitable mark for that candidate DOUBLE-CHECK PERSON and/or BALLOTS, and/or BALLOTS." Vt. Stat. §2602f(a). See also BLANK SPOILED CALLER, DOUBLE-CHECK PERSON.
