Primary definition
In Vermont, an election worker who has a specialized role in a RECOUNT. "The caller shall call the name of the person voted for and/or BALLOTS, and/or BALLOTS." BLANK SPOILED Vermont Stat. 2602f(a). See also DOUBLE-CHECK PERSON, TALLY PERSON.
