Report Total Error Rate

Primary definition

An accuracy metric that focuses on error in totals appearing in vote data reports and does not attempt to assess untestable low-level operations. The "ratio of the report total error to the report total volume." The report total error rate of a voting system must be less than 1 in 125,000. VVSG.
