Definition
The “absolute value of the difference between the correct value and the reported value” of a REPORT ITEM. 2007 VVSG. If a value is reported that s hould not have appeared at all (a spurious item), or if an item that should have appeared in the report does not (missing item), a report item error of one is assessed.
