Primary definition
A "petition for an RECOUNT, a petition for an RECOUNT, an application for INITIAL EXPEDITED a RECOUNT, or an application for including remaining paper ballot SUPPLEMENTARY precincts" in a RECOUNT. Texas Elec. Code §211.002(8).
