Emergency Ballot

Primary definition

A to be used in the event of voting machine failure. "If for any cause a voting BALLOT machine fails to operate, the district board shall use the supply of emergency ballots that are on hand at the opening of the polls." N.J. Stat. Ann. §19:53B-3.
