This means that the first ballot image on the roll is that of the first voter, the last is of the last voter, and all others are maintained in the order in which they were cast. A simple comparison with the then reveals the voter of every voter in the POLL LIST precinct. The existence of continuous roll systems is curious because internal (electronic) ballot image records have been required of systems since at least 1980, but their ordering DRE must be randomized to prevent revealing votes.
