Blacklist

Primary definition

A list of URLs, domains, users, or other identifiers, that have had system access or privileges blocked. Election offices may wish to "add" domains to be blocked to a blacklist, maintained by their system administrator. Code n. Synonym for program or software. v. to create or modify software.
