Used in response messages. For indicating a successful response to a lookup request. A lookup for a single voter may result in multiple VoterRecord being returned. This can occur if the voter has duplicate records in the VRDB, or if the criteria specified in the lookup request was broad. Attribute Multiplicity Type Attribute Description {VoterRecord} 0..* VoterRecord The voter record(s) returned.
