Definition

A “BENCHMARK used in the VPP. A measure of voting accuracy and variance, based on the mean accuracy per voter and the associated sta ndard deviation. Each voter is given a certain number of “voting opportunities” within the ballo t. The more of these that are successfully completed, the higher the resulting accuracy for that voter.” 2007 VVSG.
