Unqualified Provisional Ballot

Primary definition

A cast by a voter who subsequently is found not to have been eligible to PROVISIONAL BALLOT vote. N.M. Admin. Code §1.10.22.9(B). Such ballots must be retained for 22 months pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1972.
