Supplementary Recount

Primary definition

A "RECOUNT obtained ... following a partial RECOUNT." Texas Elec. Code INITIAL 211.002(4). This occurs when the partial recount reveals that a full recount is necessary or when the initial recount provides new grounds for a recount.
