Scratch Vote

Primary definition

Marking or punching a ticket and then marking or punching the ballot for STRAIGHT-PARTY one or more candidates who are members of a different political party. Utah Code §20A-1- 102(65). Also OVERRIDE. See also CROSSOVER.
