Primary definition

A class of system in which no encrypted strings or symbols, such as barcodes or hash VVPAT codes, are printed on the paper record for security purposes, to preserve voter-verifiability. Unfortunately, such systems, particularly of the variety, may be susceptible to CUT-SHEET or FORGERY. Cf. INDICIA. BALLOT STUFFING BALLOT CRYPTO
