Natural Disaster

Primary definition

One of a class of emergency situations that may result in the postponement of an election. A "natural occurrence, such as a fire, flood, blizzard, earthquake, tornado, windstorm, ice storm, or other events, which threatens the public peace, health and safety of the people or which damages and destroys public and private property."
