Military Service Voter

Primary definition

A "qualified elector under the Constitution and the laws of this State who comes within one of the following categories: (a) Persons in the and their spouses and dependents. MILITARY SERVICE (b) Persons in a veterans' hospital who have been in the military service in any war in which the United States has been engaged and have been discharged or released from such service. (c) Civilians attached to or serving with the Armed Forces of the United States and their spouses and dependents when residing with or accompanying them." N.J. Stat. Ann. §19:57-2.
