Mail Ballot

Primary definition

1. A ballot to be submitted by mail. Oregon votes entirely by mail for and PRIMARY GENERAL ELECTIONS. Ore. Rev. Stat. §254.465(1). 2. A "ballot used in a mail ballot election and does not include: (a) A BALLOT; MAIL BALLOT PRECINCT (b) An absentee ballot issued at the request of the voter." Wash. Admin. Code §434-238- 020(3).
