Initial Recount

Primary definition

A preliminary to which a candidate is entitled by law if certain grounds are present. RECOUNT Texas Elec. Code §212.022. In Texas, no ground is required to obtain an initial recount if voting was conducted using an SYSTEM. Texas Elec. Code §212.0241. ELECTRONIC VOTING
