A "touch-activated screen, buttons, keypad, input device, keyboard, earphones, SIP-AND-PUFF or any other device used with an that assists voters to use an ELECTRONIC BALLOT MARKER audio or electronic ballot display in order to cast votes." Minn. Stat. §206.56(1a).
