The “ability of a medium to preserve its conten t for a period of time without significant loss.” 2007 VVSG. See also ARCHIVAL. Arizona rotation A form of BALLOT ROTATION used in Arizona in which each candidate’s name appears at the top, bottom and at an intermediate position in a race an equal number of times, and in vote-for- many offices, the names of candidates of the same party are rotated.
